A scheme of four towers, clad in shining plaster finish, with curved forms. Three towers are on one side of a road and one tower, rectangular in plan, is on the other side, with a clubhouse in between abutting the road. Unfortunately the bylaws changed and height of building was reduced to seven stories only, thus canceling the scheme.
